Principal’s Message- November 22, 2019
Last night, many of our third and fourth grade families joined Dooley staff at Feed My Starving Children. We packed 114 boxes that provided 24,625 meals. This equals food for 68 children for an entire year! The meals we packed are on their way to Haiti. Ms. Komoda’s class shared a movie highlighting the FMSC event. Room 221 Movie.
Additionally, we wrapped up our Pajama Drive today supporting families in our greater community through the Willow Creek Care Center. We have collected over 140 pairs of pajamas! It is beautiful to see the positive impact that our students are having on our community as we are working each day to make the world a better place and Be The Change!
As Thanksgiving approaches, we would like to express our gratitude to you for your support throughout the school year. Thank you for packing lunches, attending school events, supporting academics at home, and so much more!
