Our 3rd Annual Anderson’s Animal Walk-A-Thon was a success.  Thank you to Mr. Pappas, Ms. Velasco, Mrs. Thomas, and Mrs. Conrad for organizing this event.  Many donations were collected for our furry friends!  We will continue to accept donations through Thursday, October 6th.  Some items in need are:

• Paper towels
• Purina Puppy Chow-Dry
• Purina Dog Chow-Dry
• Any brand wet dog or cat food
• Newspapers
• Toys
• Dog or cat treats

Our class highlight this week is Ms. Meservey’s fifth and sixth grade class.  Students reflected on their year so far, filled with friendships, fun and learning! We hope you enjoy the Room 117 Padlet!

We are excited to welcome October with a school spirit week:

Notes from the Nurse

All Kindergarteners: physical exam, immunization record, vision and dental exams are due by October 17, 2022.

All 6th graders : physical exam, immunization record including Meningococcal and Tdap immunizations are due by October 17, 2022

The U.S. McKinney-Vento Assistance Act defines homeless children as those who lack a fixed, regular and adequate nighttime abode.
