It’s been a great week at Dooley School kicking off Happiness Month and celebrating Respect Week to promote inclusion for all. We are very proud of our students for their efforts on the IAR test this week! Our testing will continue through next week for our 3rd-6th graders. 

We have so much to look forward to this spring. Please see below for information about our Culture Night which is coming up on April 25th and Celebrate Reading and Writing Night on April 16th.

D54 Food Pantry at Einstein School

It’s time to place your March Einstein food pantry orders. Click on this link to fill out your order. Within 3-5 days your order should be ready and you will receive a phone call and/or email with further details about when to come and pick up your food. Please make sure you have picked up your February order before placing one for March.

Celebrate Culture and Community at the District 54 & Schaumburg Park District’s Multicultural Event

Join District 54 and the Schaumburg Park District for the annual Multicultural Event on Saturday, March 8, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Schaumburg Park District Community Recreation Center (505 N Springinsguth Road in Schaumburg). This free, family-friendly event celebrates the incredible diversity in our community with student performances, cultural crafts and activities, and delicious food available for purchase (cash only). Don’t miss this opportunity to experience and honor many cultures all in one place!

5Essentials Survey

Once again we are reaching out to our families and asking you to participate in the annual Illinois 5Essentials Survey to provide us with your perspective and help guide our school improvement efforts. If you do not want your child to participate, please contact your school principal by Monday, February 17th. If you have children at more than one school, you must contact the principal at each school. The parent survey will be available online through March 31st, at  survey.5-essentials.org/illinois
