There is a State of Illinois law which requires that all students in kindergarten, second and sixth grade have a dental exam by May 15, 2026.
The dental exam can be dated up to 18 months prior to May 15, 2026 (dated no earlier than Nov 15, 2024). Please forward any already completed dental exam reports to school.
For those interested, “Smile Illinois Mobile Dentists” will be offering low cost dental services at Campanelli Elementary School ( 31 O So Springinsguth) on 3/18/26 during the school day. PARENTS MUST PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION.
In order to participate in these services parents must complete online registration.
