Today wraps up Arts in Education Week. We would like to take a moment to thank Mrs. Thomas, our art teacher, for all she does to support our Dooley artists! We are always amazed by the creativity and energy she brings to our school.
Next week students will have an 11:40 dismissal on Wednesday, September 21st. The afternoon will be for teacher professional development. If there are changes to your child’s dismissal procedures, please let their teacher know.
All Kindergarteners: physical exam, immunization record, vision and dental exams are due by October 17, 2022.
All 6th graders : physical exam, immunization record including Meningococcal and Tdap immunizations are due by October 17, 2022

Join School District 54 in supporting literacy and promoting health and fitness for the young and old by participating in the 18th annual Run to Read. All proceeds for the event will be used to support literacy in School District 54 by purchasing books for the classrooms of new teachers. Run to Read 2022 will be held in person on Sunday, September 25, starting and ending at Dirksen School in Schaumburg. This event will include a 5K run/walk, a 1-mile walk and children’s races.
