It was wonderful to see so many of our students and families at yesterday’s Back to School Night. Thank you for your partnership and support as we begin the 22-23 school year. We are excited to welcome our students in grades 1-6 for their first day of school on Monday!
Monday will be a full day of school, so please be sure to send your child with a lunch and water. Important information about arrival and dismissal is linked below.

Please review the 22-23 Arrival and Dismissal Times arrival prior to the first day of school. It is important to note that dismissal is at 3:00 on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Every Wednesday, students are dismissed at 2:30 so their teachers can attend professional development.
The first day of school for grades 1-6 is on Monday, August 15th. Students will meet their teachers outside before heading in as a classroom.

Students should plan to bring lunch and water each day. No lunch deliveries will be permitted.

If your child rides a bus, you will receive a bus pass in the mail the week before school starts. The bus pass will include the pick up and drop off times, and the location of the bus stop. Please make sure your child brings his/her bus pass to school every day.
The energy and positivity at Back to School night was infectious. We all left with a smile on our face. Thanks everyone!

VOLUNTEERS needed for in-school Fun Lunch help on Tuesdays and Fridays. Help out in the school, get to know the Dooley staff and lunch supervisors, and watch the children smile because you have made lunch fun. With a focus on student and staff safety, District 54 will not allow food delivery services (including, but not limited to, GrubHub, DoorDash, and local restaurants) to our schools. We will continue to have hot lunch days, which are planned events, organized and supervised by school or PTA volunteers. However, we will no longer accept other outside food deliveries to keep our schools secure.
